Privacy policy.
We believe creative technology should be accompanied by clear explanations about what information is collected, why it is used, and how it is protected.
1. Scope and operator
This policy describes the public website at figmentroster.com and the private publishing workflow known as Figment Roster Content Publisher, including its Sienna Rowe content publishing activities. Figment Roster is an independent digital character and editorial project. The publisher is an internal tool used by its operator, not an application offered to the general public.
The characters featured here are fictional, AI-generated identities. Their images and narratives are creative works; they do not represent the personal information of actual people depicted.
2. Information we process
- Website requests: Web hosting and security systems may process routine technical information, such as IP address, browser and device details, page requested, and request time, for delivery, protection, and troubleshooting.
- Messages: If you contact us by email, we may process your email address and the contents of your correspondence to respond.
- Authorized Pinterest account information: When the operator connects an account through Pinterest OAuth, the workflow processes the authorization credentials required to create approved Pins on that account. It is not intended to access other Pinterest users' accounts.
- Publishing data: Selected images, filenames or image identifiers, titles, descriptions, alt text, designated boards, scheduling instructions, publishing status, and Pinterest Pin IDs may be handled by the workflow.
3. How we use information
We use this information to operate the website; respond to legitimate inquiries; prepare, approve, and publish our own content; maintain publishing records; diagnose errors; and protect the system against abuse. We do not provide the publishing application for public registration or use visitor information to authorize Pinterest publishing.
4. Services involved
Our content workflow may use Pinterest to publish authorized Pins, Google Drive to store selected source images, and self-hosted n8n to manage the publishing queue, encrypted account connections, and status records. The website is intended to run on infrastructure managed through Oracle Cloud. These providers may process information according to their respective terms and privacy policies. We do not sell personal information.
5. Retention and security
We use account permissions and access controls intended to limit access to the internal workflow. Pinterest OAuth credentials are maintained in n8n's credential system rather than displayed on this website. Publishing records and image files are kept for operational purposes and removed when no longer needed, subject to reasonable operational and applicable legal requirements. Web server logs may be retained according to the hosting environment's configured rotation and security needs.
Like any online service, no transmission or storage system is completely risk-free.
6. Consent, controls and requests
The operator connects the authorized Pinterest Business account through Pinterest's OAuth authorization mechanism and decides which Pins may be published. Authorized account access can be revoked through Pinterest's account settings, and connected credentials can also be disconnected within n8n. If you contact us, you may ask about your correspondence or request deletion where applicable.
The public website does not use analytics pixels, advertising trackers, or third-party cookie scripts in its provided static pages. Essential network and hosting logs may still be generated by the server.
7. Policy updates
We may update this page as the project, publishing integrations, or legal obligations change. Material revisions will be reflected here with an updated effective date.
